Well Completion and Workover Services Atlantic Dove Limited offers a wide range of quality services on Land, Swamp and Offshore locations with the use of drilling and workover rigs.

Atlantic Dove Limited having operated in the Nigerian Offshore and deep offshore, is acquainted with the environmental and communal challenges/requirements for safe operations as it concerns regulatory obligations in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, serving numerous clients such as Shell, Agip and others.
Offshore Vessel Operations Atlantic Dove Limited adopts an integrated approach to the management and operation of our offshore vessels. Each vessel, constituting an individual company in its own right, receives tailored management and a unique contract management. This covers such aspects as financing, purchasing, insurance, general management, engineering, crewing and maintenance on as is basis. Each vessel has its own specialist technical supervisor who ensures operational reporting is continuous and complete.
Vessel Maintenance and Dry-Docking As a result of an uncompromised and effective maintenance culture practiced on our fleet, Atlantic Dove Limited ensures good adherence to maintenance and dry-docking schedules, which further gives our vessels good operational stability. Characteristics, to be found on Atlantic Dove Vessels include: § Excellent safety and fire fighting equipment § Outstanding accommodation facilities § Efficient and well maintained propulsion units and machinery § Qualified and experienced crew members § Modern navigation/bridge equipment § Good mooring and anchoring equipment for deep water operations § Excellent deck space and deck load capabilities § Adequate fresh water storage capacity § Wtaer maker facilities to augment shortfall in fresh water requirements § Economic and optimal fuel consumption.

We also provide services such as 5,000 psi and 10,000 psi equipment for slickline with Hydraulic BOP, Lubricators, Weight indicator, Hydraulic Stuffing box for slickline and grease injection unit for 3/16 lines, Hay pulleys, Slickline wires and braided cables. Atlantic Dove Limited carries out well completion services with the following equipment;

Mechanical Set Cement Retainer tool All the well completion tools are supplied by our partner.
§ 55HP Hydraulic driven single unit with 22,000ft. of .108 regular slickline plus complete set of wireline tools. § 70HP Hydraulic driven double drum unit with 22,000 ft. of .108 slickline and 20,000ft. 3/16 cable plus complete set of wireline tools.
These are hydraulically powered twin drum units with enclosed cockpit. The skid construction of of Aluminium to reduce weight with a tubular steel crash frame to project the operator in event of accident.
Some of the specifications of the Wireline Units are;
§ Skid size is length 146 x 45 width x 67 height. § Operators cabin size is 44 width x 54.5 depth x 67 height. § A large safety glass window provides view to Reel + Rig area while a swivel chair with height adjustment is fitted with a two point lifting eye at top center for positioning. § A three-speed transmission provides regulated Reel speed from 10 FPM to 3,200 FPM. § Drum capacity for .108 wire is 24,000ft. § Drum capacity for 3/16 braided wire is 22,000ft. § Braking is supplied by FERODD lined steel band brake. § Measurement in feet or meters is provided via a 16 circumference measuring head with mechanical driven readout in operators cabin while weight is measured with 4,000Ibs Martin decker weight indicator mounted in cabin.
Atlantic Dove can also provide .108, .125 slickline and also 3/16 Dioform cable capable of pulling 6,000Ibs.
Power is supplied to the wireline skids by diesel driven hydraulic power packs. The power pack is mounted in 2 box section crash frame with central lifting eyes and forklift pockets at skid base for ease of transmission. The specifications are as follows; § Diesel engines rated at 70HP at 1,0700 PPM.

for § Temperature and Pressure monitoring of power pack is through capillary operated gauges. Hydraulic PTO is via flow and return hoses of R2-20 flow with Aeroquip sockets and R2-24 return with Aeroquip sockets. All Hydraulic hoses are swaged with burst pressure of 5,000 psi.
BOTTOM HOLE PRESSURE / TEMPERATURE SERVICES
Atlantic Dove is committed to getting reliable Bottom Hole Pressure / Temperature data by using high precision Electronic and Mechanical gauges.
Some of the services provided are; § Pressure Build-up, Drawdown, Flowing gradient, Static gradient, Isochronal, Injectivity and Multi-rate tests as well as interference tests. § PVT and Nodal Analysis § Production Logging and monitoring of flow are sandface through the use of Flowmeters and correlating downhole data with surface pressure data by using highly sensitive Electronic Surface Monitoring equipment. § Electronic Downhole Shut-in Tool (DHSIT) § Semi-permanent / permanent installation of pressure / temperature probes and Flowmeters. § Pressure Transient testing which involves measuring pressure variation with time in wells and subsequently estimating fluid, rock and well properties. § Analysis of Bottom Hole Pressure tests to obtain reservoir parameters such as porosity, permeability, skin and other related data. § Electronic Memory Depth recorders (Wireline Informer). SPECIFICATIONS OF BOTTOM HOLE PRESSURE / TEMPERATURE EQUIPMENT Atlantic Dove Limited appreciates the need to use reliable equipment in acquiring data during Bottom Hole/Pressure / Temperature tests since it is an important source of information to the Reservoir Engineer. Hence, we offer the client a wide range of instruments that can make easier the Reservoir Engineers Objectives. These instruments range from Mechanical to Electronic gauges.
Atlantic Dove offers the client the following types of gauges; § Mechanical: GRC and KPG gauges § Electronic (Strain): Kuster K8S and Leutert gauges § Electronic (Torque Microbeam): Panex § Electronic (Electronic Capacitance): GRC EMS 700 series gauges § Electronic (Silicon Crystal): Z.I. P. § Quartz (Quartz Crystal): GRC EMS 800 series / Kuster K8Q Quartz and Metrolog Quartz gauges.
The above gauges are calibrated as required by the client. Exercises like calibration of data, charts and calculations may be presented for prior approval before the gauges are run if so requested by the client. It is a policy in Oil Quest to recalibrate our gauges when necessary or on request by client or maximum six (6) months. We also offer our client clocks for mechanical gauges ranging from 6 hours to 144 hours and of pressure range from 750 psi to 30,000 psi while Electronic gauges are available in the range of 5,000 psi, 10,000 psi and 15,000 psi.
BHP INTERPRETATION BHP surveys are run as a part of well and reservoir surveillance. The data obtained assists in optimizing production rates from wells, reservoirs and as input data for modeling reservoir development activities. The pressure-time data acquired are usually quality checked before interpretation.
SURVEY QUALITY CONTROL (QC AND SG INTERPRETATION) The QC confirms that the survey was correctly executed and that it is worth interpreting the survey. In doing this,
1. The pressure signal seen by both gauges are compared at various time during the survey. 2. The pressure difference corrected for gauge depth difference 3. The gauge offset is checked to ensure it is within acceptable limit 4. The SG survey for both gauges is interpreted and estimates made of any depth shifts required to reconcile fluid gradients. 5. If the balance of these checks is satisfactory, the survey is regarded as acceptable. The Software we use in performing this are: Spreadsheet (excel), database Sapphire and/or Pansystem.
SURVEY INTERPRETATION
From survey interpretation, permeability, skin, flowing pressure and static pressure are obtained. These parameters when broken down will give information about well damage, well inflow performance quality and other reservoir and well parameters. Surveys that can be interpreted are as follows:
· Buildup test, · Falloff test, · Multirate gas welltest, · Interference test etc. Software we have for this are: Pansystem, Sapphire, and Excel.
PUMPING (HOT OIL) SERVICES
Atlantic Dove pumping units offers the following services amongst others; § Removal of Paraffin from Tubing and Flowlines § Cleaning the bottom of large storage tanks § Heating frac fluids before injection into the well § Killing wells § Pressure testing § Producing 80% quality steam with the optional steamer.
Atlantic Dove oil heating units have been effective in not only removal of paraffin both downhole and flowlines and pipelines but also in numerous other purposes including well control, steam cleaning and heating of frac oil.
The pumping (Hot Oil) units can pressure test 5,000 psi, which allows credibility checks on flowlines, wellheads, pipelines and subsurface equipment.
Hot Oiling is the most economical way to maintain maximum production. There is no lost oil. It is recovered in normal production.
WELL TESTING AND PRODUCTION OPTIMIZATION
Atlantic Dove uses the MPFM 300 and 400 series Multi-Phase Flow Meters (MPFM) to provide accurate, real-time measurement of oil, water and gas flows simultaneously without separation of the phases. The MPFM technology have achieved unprecedented accuracy in Multi-Phase measurements. The equipment can be used in all flow patterns with oil-continuous and water continuous fluid streams. The design of the equipment is such that it is easy to operate and requires no field calibration or prior knowledge of fluid properties (such as density and salinity) to be able to give the specified accuracy.

SALES AND PURCHASING
Atlantic Dove is engaged in the following services; - Procurement service for Oil Field equipment - Sales of Chemicals (degreasers, dispersants and absorbents) - Agency/Distributors to international Companies - Supply of Communication Equipment, Computers - Supply of Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment - Agro Chemicals and Equipment.
SOURCE OF EQUIPMENT
We source our tools in North America.
Atlantic Dove will supply wireline tool/Equipment at less cost due to our ability to source these tools at a cheaper rate since the company is not involved in a research development of tools etc. Atlantic Dove is not limited to any specific manufacturers equipment or tool rather we can source for quality specialized tools or equipment from anywhere in the world unlike our competitors who engage in research and development which they in turn pass on the cost to the client.
Atlantic Dove products and services meets API and ISO 9001 quality assurance standards to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality services provided in Nigeria.
SAFETY POLICY The safety department is responsible for ensuring safe work procedures and practices. Atlantic Dove Limited operates Community Affairs, Health, Environment and Security Policy. This policy is briefly described below.
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS:- To maintain good relations with host communities, SAFETY: - To preserve safety by fully integrating the Enhanced Safety Management (ESM) principles and our corporate policy. To put in place necessary standards and safe work procedures enforced by highly qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
HEALTH: - To preserve the health of all staff by imbibing preventive Medicare as opposed to curative Medicare. A corporate policy on drugs, alcohol and smoking is in force and the services of our clinics attend to the health needs of Atlantic Dove staff and their families at Atlantic Dove Head Quarters and Port Harcourt.
ENVIRONMENT: - Atlantic Dove is committed to the preservation of the environment and as such has in place a Waste management system, Waste re-utilization minimization and elimination program.
SECURITY: - Atlantic Dove Nigeria Limited considers the security of its personnel, staff houses, barges and work locations as top priority. This is ensured by the use of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), private security organizations, community supplied civil guards or a combination of the above. The HSES function is headed by a professional safety Engineer and comprises of a team of safety officers, an industrial nurse and Environmental Hygienists. |
